How to Turn On Your Hotspot
iPhone

From the Home screen, tap Settings

Tap Personal Hotspot

Tap or slide the Allow Others to Join switch to ON
Android

From the Home screen, swipe up to view your apps and tap Settings

Tap Connections and choose Mobile Hotspot and Tethering

Tap or slide the Mobile Hotspot switch to ON
Wi-Fi Calling and Texting
When you’re in a place that has weak or no mobile network coverage, like a basement, you may be able to make and receive calls and texts over a Wi-Fi network with your Obsidian Mobile phone number. Wi-Fi calling can be used in Flash Mobile’s coverage area and from most international countries.
How to Turn On Your Hotspot

From the Home screen, tap Settings

Scroll down and tap Phone

Under My Number, choose Wi-Fi Calling

Tap or slide the Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone switch to ON

On the pop-up screen, tap Enable
Android

From the Home screen, navigate to and open the Phone app.

Tap More Options - the three vertical dots on the right side of the Search Field

Tap Settings

Tap or slide the Wi-Fi Calling switch to ON
